I'm thinking about setting up a "We Buy Houses" booth at my local swap meets. Anyone have any experience with this type of marketing?

I figured I'd bring balloons and games to get their attention, and when they come by I'll have business cards, flyers, and credibility packages ready for them.

And of course I'll write down their information if they're interested in selling.

Jason Fraser okay thanks. That sounds something like the RSS feeds I use for Feedly.com What keywords do you use to find tired landlords? Most of the homes for rent that I come across are posted by property managers or agents. There's very little homeowners doing it themselves.
