Hi All,

First let me thank the BP Community for your knowledge, expertise and guidance. A great Resource @Brandon Turner and @Joshua D. !

I'm putting a sample investment package together to present to my investors and am in search of sample deal in the Nashville Area.

I'm looking for a 10+ unit building (past or present), in a B-/C+ area, max price $700,000, with pics, and full report, (rent rolls, cap ex expenditures, expenses etc)

Can any brokers/investors guide me on this one?

    Scott are you trying to buy this with your own money or syndicate it to purchase the property??

    @Account Closed haven't been able to find full reports on loopnet without paying for premium access to the site. Great I'll check PM

    @Scott Isley - you can also go on a broker's website, enter your info and then get access to download the property details. That what I did when I got started.

    @Scott Isley Did you ever get a hold of a sample package? I'm in the process of looking for one, or at least a template.
