Does anyone hold investments in Kingman, Lake Havasu or Bullhead City?  If so, how is the market in your area?

When I look at listings from these cities, I always find smoking deals.  Yet, since I am a buy and hold investor and my knowledge of this area is limited, the state of the rental market is always an unknown for me.

If you have investments in these areas, please chime in and provide some input.

    @Mike J.

    Thanks! My partner has been doing it since 1999. I love being a part of it and not having to babysit a property!

    I got a taste of land development years ago in CA and loved it. Family always had some rental properties. Then in 2009 I joined up with @Jack Butala. In addition to terms, we sell a number of properties for cash to keep a healthy bank balance for more acquisitions.

    We did a few SFR flips and I found that took months. I can buy/sell land and make a great profit in DAYS. For me, it doesn't get any better than that.
