Are there any marketing companies that have different types of direct mail for the Holiday season? I would like to mail out some Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas postcards. I feel like this is the best time of the year to get creative on the marketing. 

My rule of thumb is $80k x .70 - repairs - my fee = offer. That is what most wholesalers use from what I've been seeing, but everyone is different.
