Hey @Andrew Steffens It has been a thought! I have checked into that area a bit, I am friends with the person that did the "Friends Themed AirBNB" in Tampa and went over some pricing with her as well. Right now I am weighing options and making connections in three areas. Tampa, West Palm Beach, and Daytona beach (I am open to other areas, but taking some time to learn about each before pulling the trigger)

Finding a good property management in Dayton is such a nightmare I've had 2 in less than a year. One retired and the other promised more than they could deliver. If anyone has any recommendations for a good pm let me know! Thanks!

Thanks all! I would prefer one on a foundation but my town won't allow an ADU that has a bathroom and/or sleeping area to prevent the use of a ADU for habitability. Only sheds. I can however park a RV, Camper, etc. in the driveway so a Tiny home on wheels might be the best bet in my town

Whats a good door lock? I saw some have had issues in the past where the app messes up when setting a new code between guests. Any tips on locks would be great! 

Hey all! I currently live in New Jersey and have a spot for a tiny home on my property . Looking for a company that builds them, whether on site or pre made. I don’t mind hauling depending on the cost etc. Currently testing this strategy with a friends mobile tiny home and is going well
