If you have any interest in investing in New Jersey let me know! I am just starting out here and have a great real estate/mortgage team and know some good contractors (although I don't have a property management connection yet) but through my team I'm sure I can find a good one

I am new to bigger pockets after reading the book on rental properties, becoming a real estate referral agent, and listening to some podcasts I figured I should sign up. I currently own a starter home in NJ and am looking to rent it when I finish college as well as use the leverage to purchase other rental properties. Looking forward to learning the ins and outs of buy and hold rentals, I will probably start in NJ because that is where I am from and then research areas with higher cap rates as I get more comfortable with managing properties. Looking forward to connecting with all types of real estate pros!

Thanks,

Andy Rousch
