Str co-hosting/management setup

After having a few airbnbs and doing well with them I have had a few friends offer to let me manage their vacation homes. I’ve read a few different strategies but looking for the best one when managing a Str property for someone. I plan to put their property on my account so they start with super host. I was then going to have them make a bank account that I have access too so the funds go directly to them, with a reserve for maintenance expenses etc

What @Sarah Kensinger said. Have them setup the account and have you co-host.

That was it is all on the up and up. Plus if anything changes and you can no longer co-host, they will not lose their reviews and all the work that went in.
