Quote from @Austin Drew:

Andy when determining an Airbnb friendly agent, ask the agent to see the properties they currently own and manage. I host a meetup around STR's in Palm beach gardens feel free to come out next meetup is April 12th at 6:00pm

Hey Austin! Great to know, I currently live in NJ but next time I visit Florida I’ll reach out and try to attend one! In the mean time I’ll send one of my partners over to it that live down there, dm me details when you get a chance

Looking for an Airbnb friendly area in the west palm beach/ Fort Lauderdale area if anyone has any tips! Trying to get as much research in that general area as possible before diving in to try and purchase. I guess while I’m here if anyone knows any good wholesalers in that area as well

Quote from @Scott E.:

Based on this list, Barbara is a no brainer to me for a BP event.

 -Alex Hormozi: Rock start marketer but he has zero do to with real estate. Not a good fit.

 -Elon Musk: Genius and visionary and  but dull personality and has zero to do with real estate. Not a good fit.

-Barbara Corcoran: Real estate mogul who got started in real estate and now runs a $5 billion dollar real estate business. Plus she has a nice personality and great stage presence.

 -Tarek and Heather El Moussa: TV house flipper and TV real estate agent (and to be fair I'm a fan of 'Flip or Flop' and 'Selling Sunset'). Probably cool people but I don't think they will add as much value as the other candidates on this list.

-Gary Vee: He has nothing to do with real estate. All he will do is drop F bombs and scream at the audience to post more content on their social media. Not a good fit.

-Mark Cuban: Probably the most well rounded entrepreneur on the list. Also very well spoke with great stage presence. But again he has nothing to do with real estate.

 I don't know, Elon Musk is going longggggggg distance and investing on MARS he might be a good speaker maybe a book on investing in other planets real estate

@Damian Callaghan

You have the right idea looking into other markets just in case! I've went both local and long-distance. It depends on your goals moving forward. Don't get discouraged deals are tough to find now, however, with the right creative strategies you can possibly find cash-flow

Hey @Harold Pacheco I think all of the meetups named in here are good from what I’ve heard/seen. Definitely check meetup.Com Eventbrite, and LinkedIn as well. There is a guy named Chris Goodson that gives a weekly list on his Facebook page Mondays as well. Theres a good amount in NJ and I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bad one

@Henry T. They make you  add a tree for adding a dwelling? I have never heard that before! very interesting... Especially this day in age with the government pushing solar a tree would definitely affect that, definitely the first I've heard of that!

Any good sites or videos to follow for building a tiny home? I have room in my back yard so considering building a tiny home depending on the towns zoning if I can build one. (I’d imagine it should be allowed since they are the size of a large shed) anyway, any tips on where to get plans, videos, etc is appreciated!
