I'm thinking about working with a virtual assistant to help with lead generation.  

Virtually guaranteed forever duty station- options to stay active duty,  just do the weekend warrior thing, or Guard Bum (that's volunteering for little assignments, not a forever gig, I used to do it a lot and it was always fun!).  

I'm currently trying to branch into doing deals virtually to expand my horizons and I'm experiencing objection due to that fact that I do not currently live in the city that I am marketing to.

Currently I am getting by with Google Sheets and importing those sheets into Google Maps, etc and everything is working great, its just 1) it is labor intensive 2) it is not really scalable and 3) it doesn't work well with virtual assistants.
