Virtual assistants for lead generation

Hello BP family! I'm thinking about working with a virtual assistant to help with lead generation.  Anyone use VAs for this? If so what is the process and/or directions that you give them? Also any good recommendations?

Elliott Ridley this is a partial list of the things I give to my VA's

Cold colding

1. Using Skype to make calls to motivated sellers.
2. Use Google voice to communicate/track callers who are returning calls that have been made
3. Input each contact into Podio after each call

Inputing into Podio

1. Do a search in Podio for the call you just made to make sure the contact doesn't already exist before entering contact.
2. Input all the data that you've received
3. Make sure you use as much of template that you can to explain what took place in the call.
