Recommendations for a Good Overseas Virtual Assistant

Looking for a good recommendation on upwork that someone may have used in the past for their business.  The position will be long term, so definitely looking for someone that will want to grow with the company.  Duties will include cold calling, answering and returning calls to generate leads and set appointments, craigslist and social media posts, responding to emails, and other admin support tasks as needed.  Feel free to send me a message.  My post is live on upwork.com, but would be more than happy to pick up someone who has a good recommendation.

@Michael Hayes  I've used Fiverr from time to time.   Same results as upwork/elance or the others but a larger selection.
