Yes, i think you should just pass on the deal or refer her to someone who does Short Sales assuming she qualifies for that, but they definitely no room to wholesale.

Keep pressing on...and don't let what happened discourage you.

Most will run into challenges on the first few deals 

I have done a handful of notices of interest in Broward, but not in Miami for a while. 

As far as I know it can still be done
