My journey! Which I feels didn't go well!!
well, I have been marketing like crazy,knocking on doors etc....which Landed me to put two property's under contract at the same time.. Now it's time to close on the property's seller happens to sell the property to someone else..my title is calling him like crazy no respond..so I went down to the recorders office to record notice of interest in real estate in miami fl.. I was told that I could not because the notice of interest that I presented to them is not legal...they do not record notice of interest in real estate anymore... But my title company told me that's a lie because people are doing it Everyday!!!
I have more sellers wanting to sell me their house but now I'm a bit worried that the same situation will occur!!!
Now my question is what should I do now!!! Who stays in miami fl that can help me!!!
