Have you thought about trying to do an owner finance deal for the purchase of that park?

I use my teenage daughter. I pay her 15 cents per letter and a $500.00 bonus off of each house I close on off,of one of her letters. I have a phone line dedicated to just the marketing she  does so she is not cheated out of anything.
