Outsourcing of Yellow Letter Writing & Envelope Labeling

Do you outsource your yellow letter marketing to someone who lives locally?  If so, how much do you pay them?

I am looking for someone to handwrite 80-100 yellow letters per week and label the same 80-100 envelopes that go with that mailing.

Just looking to see if there is a typical rate people here on BP pay for that kind of service.
