Thanks for posting this. Staying motivated is very difficult at times. For me, it's my family that motivates me. I don't ever want to let them down and I always strive to provide a better life for them. You need to see what you strive for and then maybe you will find what will help you stay motivated. Do you ever get Propertis or NPN' located in the Austin Texas or San Antonio Texas as well as the surrounding areas?

Just remember at times it can be confusing, overwhelming but just keep pushing through. You will never know everything and you will always be learning but that is what makes real estate investing so interesting and fun for me.
