Hello everyone my name is Stephen Manago and I have zero experience in real estate as of right now. I was raised here in Austin for the majority of my adolescent years. I am a student of the real estate world eager learn, grow and do my first profitable deal. I plan to assist homeowners quickly sell for cash in as-is condition, hassle free without any contingencies or paying thousands in real estate commissions. Also, I plan to assist investors find deeply discounted properties with ROI near .70 ARV. I was highly suggested to join PB by someone at my first ever RIC meeting a few weeks ago. I joined the next day and finally built up enough courage to introduce myself to the community.
