Pflugerville is a great place to invest. Actually just about anywhere in Austin or the surrounding areas. I just picked up a property in Round Rock and that is another good area. Hutto is a great area if you want to sell property owner financed with a wrap. If you think you might be interested in my Round Rock property send me a PM. I have not decided if I want to wholesale it or filp it.

Happy investing!

I would contact an attorney in your area. If done incorrectly I am sure he will come up with inflated prices for replacement as well as the cost to replace tools that were never there in the first place.

I would like to add you to my buyers list so shoot me an email with details of what you are looking for as well as how much you have to invest in rental property(s) and I will see if I have anything that meets your criteria.

I suggest  you contact Danny Webber. He is an investor and also is an insurance broker. You can contact him at [email protected]. Please tell him that Shawn Corcoran with Wubbieata Investments recommended him to you.

P.S. I wasn't aware you could get a refund on a builders risk policy.i have never heard of that before.

What is ofttimes? I have never heard of this before. Also, what are some other ways someone could use a VA? I am intrigued by this.
