Hello Dreamreality!

There actually already is a discussion of this going on here

But the short answer is make the offer. They will "know"
what you are doing and will not be offended.

Hello Sam,

A big welcome to this forum!

I've already read the posts you've written and am very
glad you've decided to park yourself here and join in
the conversations.

I've also looked over your website a little and will
be bookmarking it for a more leisurely perusal.

Again, welcome.

Hello Eric,

Welcome to the forum! You're not alone in your fears.
We have all had them.

There are a lot of resources on this site to help you,
and as you look for your first deal, there's a lot of
wisdom here to help you.

So pitch in to the conversations, make some new friends,
and settle down for some serious networking.

I've frequently seen them quote 12% - 14% plus 4 points.

Are you needing a loan, or are you thinking of getting into
the business?

Hi Tim,

And welcome to the forum!

And thanks for introducing yourself first off. Even
I didn't do that...I waited until I had posted a few
times.

It would be interesting to know a little bit about you.
You're from Sacramento I see...great town BTW.

Are you experienced in Real Estate? Just starting out?
A Burned Out Broker? :crying:

Just kidding on that last one..

All the Best,

Dustin,

What's the word on this project? Where did you end up researching
it all?

Have you gotten your financing?

How can we help?

Hello Brad,

And welcome to the forum!

I love the fact that you're turning what could have been
an overwhelming tragedy, your accident, into the source
of your future prosperity. 8)

What Chris said is really true. There is so much information
on this site, that it will be well for you to read and read
and read. And then start looking for what appears to you
to be a good deal.

Then come back here and post so that those with grayer
hairs can give some advice. That's my $.02.

Mike,

Do you also keep an eye out for what is going
on in Carmel? How is the real estate holding
out up there?

Well Dan,

A hearty welcome to the forum!

What excites me is to see all the young people that
are gaining an entrepreneurial spirit and are getting
into the swing of things.

I surely hope that you and all the others on this
board will begin to prosper and network together.
