I am happy to find this forum!

My wife and I began investing in our future last year after the birth of our son the prior summer. Our perspective really changed!

We consolidated our skills and formed RuzzMan LLC. I am a professional Quality Assurance specialist and marketer and my wife is an attorney and professional writer. We have a dozen online businesses including web hosting services, retail stores and real estate related ventures.

Concerning real estate- we help private commercial real estate investors find opportunities. We also partisipate in local real estate and business note sales. I have just begun purchasing smaller notes myself rather than brokering them out and hope to continue developing this part of our investment plan.

Our next portion of plan is to purchase local multi-unit real estate property to build our assets. We hope to begin our search for properties by fall.
