Hey guys... Welll... i just recently recieved a nice chunk of change(50,000) from a bad auto-mobile accident i got in a few years ago... i just turned 20.. i've got a good job... and have been planning on investing my money in real estate ever since i thought i might be getting some...I'm thinking about maybe flipping some property...but I'm just trying to figure out a safe way to jump into this..... I'm just wondering what any of ya'll would do in my situation with the money... and I need to know what somebody with experience would do!..... i don't want to screw this up for my self... ANY advice would be greatly appreciated... and also... if anybody has any good books they might recommend as well.... Thanx Brad from Bama
