I am against postcards, and I honesrtly laugh when people use the words postcards and "effective" in one sentence when the word "not" is not present.

DMM is absofrigginlutely NOT effective.

But to get you some value,

What you need to post on the card is a picture of you, ideally with your company logo on your left tit. A white polo is always great and friggin smile!

Do not be salesy and just state your message.

The goal of the card shouldn't be to have the seller sell their house to you. The goal is not even to have the seller call you.

The goal is simply to have them visit your website, NOTHING else!

Nothing converts traffic better then a amazing professional looking credible website!

Now, seriously... stop the DMM

It is simply relying on luck! The only way you beat the DMM odds is when you spend like 20K on it a month.
