Hello BP community, so I finally going to take the plunge and put a offer in on a 3 family REO property here in Yonkers NY. Was wondering if anyone knows of a hard money lender that operates in NY?

Hi BP community  I've been on this forum for a little over a year but never really took full advantage of the resources and opportunities to meet and develop relationships with like minded investors in my area. Like most of us on here I've listened to all of the podcasts and now ready to meet up with some people and get the ball rolling on my investing career. Figured nothing will happen till you ask for help and get someone to show me the right map to success in real estate here in NY.

What I'm currently looking to invest in is multi families 5 units and higher.  Mostly to buy and hold.  Anyone who's in my area and we could get together over a cup of coffee to share thoughts and strategies I'll gladly pay the tab.

sorry maybe I should be a little more specific on the areas that I'm looking to invest. The Cincinnati, Columbus OH area and Houston, Austin and San Antonio area. Anyone in those areas that have an apartment building 20 units or higher under contract and needs a silent partner. Please feel free to contact me with the numbers and we'll go from there.

I'm currently part of a syndicate in NY that is interested in investing in either Cincinnati or Columbus Ohio. We are interested in small apartment buildings 5-20 units price ranged $250k-$450. 

@Joshua Dorkin My goals for 2015 is to cash in my IRA and buy two apt buildings in Cincinnati OH. To not only better my life but my immediate families life as we'll. To continue to listen to podcasts and be humble and great full to anyone that helps me on my journey in real estate investing.
