Looking for like minded investors

Hi BP community  I've been on this forum for a little over a year but never really took full advantage of the resources and opportunities to meet and develop relationships with like minded investors in my area. Like most of us on here I've listened to all of the podcasts and now ready to meet up with some people and get the ball rolling on my investing career. Figured nothing will happen till you ask for help and get someone to show me the right map to success in real estate here in NY.

What I'm currently looking to invest in is multi families 5 units and higher.  Mostly to buy and hold.  Anyone who's in my area and we could get together over a cup of coffee to share thoughts and strategies I'll gladly pay the tab.
