I've been on BP for a while now and I'm never too humble to ask for help. I'm currently living in NY and want to invest in Cincinnati/Columbus Ohio. So if there is anyone on BP that can help me on looking in the right areas in these two cities it would be greatly appreciated.

My Criterea

small apt buildings 5-30 units

price range $250-$500k

cap rate 7% and higher
