Hello fellow BPers

I'm an investor in the NY Westchester area looking for serious buyers that want to get in on the discounted deals I come across. If your interested please inbox me your buying criteria so I won't waste yours or my time sending you deals you don't want.

Hello BPers

I'm holding a small meet up with local real estate investors in Yonkers on November 10 at the Panera Bread in cross county mall next to Macy's. We will play cashflow 101 and talk about how we could help each other get to the next level in real estate investing.

You can look up my meetup page Yonkers Real Estate Investment Group for more info

@Sterling White I have four lists for my area and I rotate between them every month. Just want to try something different and maybe more effective. Did you get a company to place your ads for you or did them yourself?

I live in Yonkers, NY and have been trying DM for the last 4 months with little to no responses. I wanted to try Facebook marketing wanted to put it on the board to see what results people are getting and any recommendations on companies.

This private country estate is nestled on 6.6 acres with a 2br guest house that overlooks the pool and has catherdral ceilings, pond, 2 gazebos, outdoor grill and 20x40 in-ground salt water pool. Main house has 4br and 4bath all the bathrooms have been renovated but one. The kicthen will need to be updated and made larger which can be easliy done by using the study next to it. The pictures do the property no justice its an amazing home/retreat. If interested I have a lot more pics.

thank you everyone for your feedback.  I never really wanted to invest in CT just one of my mortgage brokers called me and told me about Westbury and he has been closing on a lot of investment properties there. I don't want to get off my focus on getting my first deal so I wanted to get a gage of the Westbury CT market and with you guys giving me this great feedback, I'll stay on the track of continuing looking for my first wholesale deal in Westchester county

I really don't want to give up on my farm area here in Yonkers NY. Which I'm going out tonight to put out my bandit signs.  But tonight I had a hour long conversation with my finance guy and he tried to explain the map of investing in a 60K-70K sfr putting in 20k-30k into it and selling it for 150k. To make money and then buy and hold multi family houses up in Waterbury. He was telling me the key is to work with a real estate agent that really knows how to find deals with equity. Who he knows and will introduce me to next week.  And the whole tax burden that I would have in NY I won't have to worry about it in CT. Just wanted to write a post to see if anyone is investing in CT and how it's going for them.

@Brandi Hayes thanx for pointing that out to me. I forgot to put that in the posting, but I have done that as well. Most of the abandon houses in my farm area are bank owned. But I will try again this Saturday

I'm a wholesaler trying to get leads in Westchester NY and have been using Listsource to find my leads.    And have not gotten any calls from the yellow letters/cards that I've sent out to the list. Unlike most newbie investors I'm all in and even been putting up bandit signs every weekend which I've been getting a couple of calls from them. Just wondering if anyone has any other recommendations to get my phone to ringing and finally get my first deal.
