St. Louis - Looking for a property manager & agent.

Hey BP, I'm going to be in St. Louis in early Feb and am looking to meet & interview a few property managers and potentially some agents.

I'd really appreciate any recommendations for reliable PMs. The job will be to manage some small Airbnbs.

I'm also looking to buy nice studios and 1 bedroom units near midtown, for any agents or sellers who want to meet.

Thanks!

Hi Noah, I use Deca Realty Company for PM, but I don't know if they are willing to manage Airbnbs - you can always reach out to ask, and if they don't, they may have a recommendation for you. On a different note, I've recently heard that STL is adopting policies that are making it more difficult to profitably run Airbnbs. I'm sure you're already on-top of that, but figured I'd share just in case.
