I'm trying to figure out ways past 10 loans.

I see hard money lenders do it, portfolio lenders, commercial lenders. Now just trying to figure out who is they best.

Exactly @Lucia Rushton  where is everyone else now that says they have 100% positive interaction with Realtors. They are the definition of puffers.

Hey @Matthew Cislo where do I say ALL realtors suck? My headline says MOST. Also I'm a realtor myself, so if I said all, I would be putting myself in that equation.

And hey @Eli Geneus I look at all aspects. I take it you don't read all the comments ( which I don't blame you as there is a lot) But I've mentioned we all can benefit from improvement. Trust me I reevaluate how I do things.

Appreciate the information @JJ Gritts

You got the point @Cody L. so you're saying it is not true? Because let me tell you it is true. And that's the only thing you picked up on.

Appreciate it @Craig Curelop that's why I'm always working and growing my network. Weed out the horrible.

Well I have @Eli Geneus so go back and read that. And my post wasn't for me to tell my specifics what I'm looking for and solicit it on here. I tell them when I talk to them. And some on here can definitely say that is true.

Good question @Krishnan T. that's my goal to figure out.

Never stated that @Derek Diamond this is trying to find realtors where I'm not licensed. This is not a post saying how do realtors get more business than me as they suck. I'm saying that a realtor says hey you called the perfect person and it turns out it was the opposite.

Which might be true @Account Closed but there is a lot a brand new agent cannot help with. Like I stated before I can have any joe agent list my home or go show me a home. I need an agent with a network of people. And I'm not saying this about you, but a brand new agent will simply not have those connections. Like if if you go show me home that has structure issues or asbestos would you know what that is? Would you know how much it would cost to fix? Do you know cost associated with anything? Like trust me I respect the hustle, but as an Investor looking out of state a new realtor would not be able to meet my standards.

I want to hear opinions @Avery Heilbron but it is nothing of value. Like I say a realtor on here that barely got there license give me advice, or tried to shall I say. Like come on you don't think I ask these realtors questions. ( now of course I can do a better job, everyone needs improvement) But when I say I'm a realtor and investor and someone says do you ask them questions. Like come on you don't think I know how to ask questions.

Okay let me clarify @Jason Kudo what I meant to come across was that I can get any joe agent to list my house, but I don't need any joe agent. I need an agent that has connections. Hopefully that clarifies it, if not comment again and I'll be sure to take another stab at it.

Exactly not all are bad @Jairo Zapata and trust me I give praise to the ones that are good. And for me to say ALL are bad would include myself and my team. But I didn't say ALL are bad, nor would I say that. But when I call and ask a realtor hey I'm looking for a single family home in this area under this certain price that would make a good flip. And they say hey I can help, I have people and what not and don't deliver. Or a realtor I call up and say hey can this house go VA as you don't have it listed that it can, but you have FHA on there. And they are like yes yes of course it can, so I schedule a time and go show it to my client. I then submit an offer and it is like pulling teeth to get a response. This happens a lot with tons and tons of agents as you can read the comments and see.

It's great that you have that experience @Keith C. But to me I highly doubt that. But then again it is your truth, you feel that way then so be it. I'm telling you my truth and a every realtor I can call on the phone will say the same. So you're telling me every realtor that you had to try to business with never dropped the ball? Or every realtor you tried to solicit your business that said hey I will work with you or call you back has done so. Like come on Keith, you cannot say everything has been peachy for you.

@Account Closed I do, but that's not the intention of this post. You want to partner up on that then let me know.

I sure hope you're not a Grant Cardone or Gary Vee or Andy Friscella fan @Steve K. because all these dudes is trash talk but oh no you like them. But I cannot come on here and talk facts without you trying to be like spread the positivity man. Like the world doesn't need more tree hugging people. People in all industries suck at their job, suck at life. But god forbid I say it right. Last time I checked I fought for my opinion, can you say the same?

Exactly @Dustin Allen wow look at those statistics. I wonder if people on this post will disagree with that. Sadly they are the ones that do that.

@Dustin Allenundefined

Appreciate your input @Alex Deacon hopefully these people that have such an issue with this subject is reading all the comments with people that have the same experiences. Even though I know for a fact they have the same experiences, but they want to hop on here and be keyboard warriors without offering anything of value. And if I disagree with them they get all prissy, which is fine with me as they probably are horrible at their job.

@Nathan Reinhardt but it is true that a lot of agents suck. Are you a realtor? Have you used realtors to buy and sell any property at all?
