Getting into brand new construction

So yes that's my goal. Why? Because can lead to some big profits, really great content, and a lot of fun. Went to go look at land today, met with a architecture today as well. Not to mention as a realtor and lender I leverage it for more business, and at the end of the day that's what it's all about.

Also getting ready to flip one of my VA homes, I lived in it for 2 years. So that will be a tax-free flip. I will use that money to buy the lot, run utilities to the site, grade the property.

So anyone ever done new construction? Or want too? I'm wanting to hear your ideas.

Hey Trevor, I built 3 houses last year and am working on some larger projects as well as ADUs. Learned a lot of lessons my first go around.
