You can find some properties in Victorville. You can find properties anywhere, it is the degree of headache you want. But I invest all around the High Desert (Mojave River Valley)

Hey @Jovan Caballero I believe he is talking about Apple Valley, MN not CA.

I've been on a quest to find some ways to apply the BRRRR method the fastest way.

The hardest part I'm finding right now is financing, as pulling my money back out. What I find is a seasoning period of six months.

Is this typical for every bank? What are some bank you'll have dealt with that is shorter?

I know of recapture loans, and HELOCS. But I'm trying to get my capital fast and move onto the next deal.

Hello Chase,

Yeah I saw a few good properties out there.

Some I would need like a general contractor to give a bid or something.

As I never dealt with basements, as we don't have them out in California.

I'm looking to start a real estate portfolio out in Des Moines, Iowa

It would be for residential homes.

What kind of people can I meet out there?

Hello Jeremy,

It was for buy and hold, and yes I know all that. But it was to much of an undertaking to feel comfortable with.

Well I got my offer accepted for a house in Pueblo, CO.

I was happy until I thought about what I was purchasing. The house had some issues and that is okay because that is what I want to buy.

Anyways I got a foundation specialist over there and it would have cost 15K, also the asbestos would have cost around the same price.

What is your thoughts on this?

I'm looking for information on starting a multi person LLC.

I currently invest in the High Desert, Victorville, Apple Valley Ca.

But I know the LLC doesn't have to be California based.

Thanks
