@Pete Storseth it is still good you ran the numbers and even call the real estate agent. I analyze deals daily, doesn't mean I'm going to buy them or even buy them at the time. But the more I do it, the better I get.

I even have them show me properties via facetime. But with the intention of buying them.

Hopefully that helps.

Hey @Pete Storseth

So is this property up for sale currently? On like realtor.com and Zillow.

Also what is appraisal district?

And what do you mean send a letter, you mean an offer? I mean you can send a personal letter along with an offer. But I would run comps, like how much each unit will rent out per month.

-Also what are your expenses

-Is there ways you can make money other than rent on the property rent, for example I have seen someone rent out RVs on the property for extra rent.

Honestly @Andrew McCotter I would use the power of leverage. And not have your money in the bank account. Also you can partner up with people or lend your money out as private financing.

Honestly @Marc Appel I would keep it. I mean I sold my first home years ago and made over $250K, which is nice and all. But I should have kept it and rented it out. I would have liked the process better.

So keep it forever.

Just go buy another property and keep the process going.
