I'm a local realtor/investor here in the High Desert. 

I started a group meeting at Starbucks in Barnes and Noble in Victorville. We should link up and discuss what you'll want to do. 

I'm actually having a video chat with other realtors out of state today in different states for investing out of California. 

That is why I like residential properties. I pass all the utilities onto the tenant. But obviously people love and enjoy multi-family. I wouldn't mind finding a few.
