Applying the BRRRR method the fastest and quickest way

I've been on a quest to find some ways to apply the BRRRR method the fastest way.

The hardest part I'm finding right now is financing, as pulling my money back out. What I find is a seasoning period of six months.

Is this typical for every bank? What are some bank you'll have dealt with that is shorter?

I know of recapture loans, and HELOCS. But I'm trying to get my capital fast and move onto the next deal.

@Trevor Aydelott Sounds like you are in a rush to fail. I used to be in a rush to buy everything in sight too. Then I realized that there are always deals to be found. If you miss one, there will be another on the next block once you get your finances ready. 6 months are standard for banks, which is the cheapest money available. Also, they will probably cap you at 4 or 5 loans. Getting rich quick is not going to work in the long run.
