Exactly @Bud Gaffney sadly these people that have a problem with it obviously don't know what they are talking about. They are locked up and think they can hop on here and be keyboard warriors. I guarantee I earned my license more than them.

But yes it is way too easy for get a license.

Hey @Alex Deacon  thanks for responding. I certainly lay out what I'm looking for. I have a couple of people on here that can back that up. And this is not investing out of state specific.

Hey @Jaafar Mirlohi  I get what you're saying. But you cannot go to your broker or coworkers if you invest out of state and they don't. It is like going to real estate agents that don't deal with investors.

Thank you @Jason L.

One of my biggest strengths is persistence. So I will not give up, even when I get bashed by people. Like hey you cannot be successful without a few nos and doors being slammed in your face, right?

But I will continue to pound the phones and pavement. Thanks

Exaclty @Matthew Irish-Jones

But I'm straight up with them, so my things is when people say they can help. But then I don't hear from them. I am very straightforward and transparent. Maybe that might be the problem. lol

Appreciate you reaching out @Craig S. unfortunately things happen. But hey you live and learn right.

I could have responded nasty, but no need. And see I'm glad I didn't.

Hello @Noah Lefholz yes I got a hold of a nice lady at Wells Fargo. But costs are expensive.

And the way around DTI is to have the house rented out.

Hopefully that helps, if not tell me to elaborate or something. lol

Unfortunately this happens a lot @Robert Burnell and no you're not asking to much. See the problem with this job ( which I love don't get me wrong) is there is no barrier to entry.

Do you feel like that is an issue?

Exactly @Gary L Wallman

Appreciate it @Caleb Brown @Phil Wells @Michael Belmore  numbers game indeed. Thanks for the input

And you'll can ask @Erin Dorsey Robinson I'm very specific and know my stuff. Just think of it like this, would you know how to ask another realtor in a different market what you want?
