 Any updates from you or any of the folks who took the training by Cody Sperber.  I just heard of the training and did a search on BP and found the discussions.

I have not check it out, only heard a commercial on fb, i think .. but I have paid money for others that did not come through on the promise.  So I would like to hear from some honest answers from some folks who have purchased the course and have learned and made money from it.

@Allan Goetsch or any one on BP. How do you find such information on lenders or anyone you want to verify legitimacy.  Allan talked about finding information like: the criminal data base of Interpol; 28 were in the in the financial crimes data base of Nigeria and 4 were listed in the Interpol data base connecting them to Russian mobs!

I would like to be able to check for this type of information if legally possible.

Are you purchasing in Baltimore and if so what do you know as being decent neighborhoods to buy I’m.

Hello BP Pros, 

I am rehabbing a property in Baltimore and it is one of the old old townhouses.  The house has a Hugh oil tank in the basement. Is there anyone here from the area or who invest in the area and can recommend someone who can remove the oil tank for a reasonable price?  I would appreciate any assistance you may provide.
