I have learned so much and gain a lot of understanding on how to do sub to; the objections and how to over come them and the difference in when it comes to owner financing, how to talk to owners, how to underwrite deals.  He has zoom calls for the community to talk about buying multifamily/finding PML and how to underwrite the deals.  The list goes on and Pace is such a go giver, he is always bringing more knowledge and training to the community.  The community is also very helpful, they are all go givers and help each other in any way you would need for a deal.

Highly recommend the mentorship.  Pace also has a free facebook page called creative financing.

@Jayden Hamilton congrats to you for getting 3 properties. I am a Real estate investor and I am also a lender broker for business purpose loans which can be used for non owner occupied Properties.

Really Tucker!  I know this was a year ago you made this statement about made up accounts to provide fake reviews on this product!  I was just turned on to this by someone who has no relationship but he use it and he's was already making millions in wholesaling and RE. in general.  He made the change, done away with most of the other software and now swears by this ReiReplay.  He also said he thought it was too good to be true due to the pricing.  I just signed up and the amount of options and training and support in one tool is unmatched.

I hope others can speak on their experience in the last 6 months.

@JB B. You can do it as long as you have a signed approval from the applicant. I have PMs in place but I have took applications before and in doing so the application has a page that tells the applicant what information I will be asking for and who I need to contact and they and a document for them to sign giving me authorization.

Hi, I listened to the presentation last night and I had some questions that i was not able to get answered; some were answered reading the comments hear but not all specifically about pricing after you get started.  However, one thing i did not see you are others here mention the funding piece that you offer. I think that is a game changer for rehabber and buy and hold.

Thank you all for your comments and comparisons.  It sounds like they all have some similarities.  Has anyone uused, or compared with, Connected Investors PiN software?  This has a big difference i found that no one else has and that is the option to use the company that made the software for funding deals for the ones you want to buy and hold or flip.  A big plus really.

Anyone have any experience with this software?
