@Ronald Lenor or to anyone who is going through the process!

If you don't mind could you answer a couple of questions for me:

Since its been 2 months since your post where you said you received up to 100k of lines of credit, can you tell me how long it took to receive the CCs and the cash from the cards also were you able to get at least 80 percent of cash from them?

How much did the CC company charge to get the cash from the cards?

How long between the rounds.?

How did this affect your credit score?

Did fund and grow help you get the inquiries removed from your credit history? and if so how much did it cost you?

Have you done the "sell gold" method? and if so how did it work out?

Are you still satisfied in how the service is working?

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a insurance company that has good quotes for an apartment building?  I just I will be closing on a 6 unit in a couple of days and I got an insurance quote for 3000 a year.  I am not sure that is a good deal or not but would like to compare with another company that maybe someone has used. thanks in advance,

Tracy

3055 Acorn Rd, Augusta, GA is a single family home that contains 1,538 sq ft and was built in 1953. It contains 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.  Great rental income. Long time tenant (8yrs).  Quit neighborhood.

Hi Charles, Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.  Great advice!  I was only going to lend a small amount  to my son who is also a real estate investor.  It gave me the idea of doing more research into being a hard money lender.  However, my focus right now is doing flips to make enough cash to buy more "buy and hold" properties as rentals and to eventually replace my salary so I don't have to work for someone.  I see that you are well known and well established real estate investor and I would like to know how I can partner with you so I can learn from someone with your experience.

Thanks again

Tracy

I am working on becoming a private money lender (starting small). I would like to get some tips on what things I need to ask for from the borrower to reduce my risk. Thanks in advance for any experience and advice you can share. Regards, Tracy

Alex, Thanks for the response. Have you ever worked with a partner in the case I explained. If so what type of agreement did you have with the partner as far as what they are responsible for. What administrative things are required to be done when flipping homes? Thanks in advance.

Frank I notice you have tools for analyzing deals. What is different or better about your software from the tools BiggerPockets have?
