@Brett Tvenge Hi, I am sure that working with or learning from Josiah/KeyGlee would be great and others will highly recommend them.  However, I experienced what @Daniel Shaffer stated above as far as the cost and training. It sounds like a really good class but there was also another class that cost a little more to give you more of what you need to be as successful as KeyGlee. As i stated before, "Why not teach folks all they need in the first one for one price so they can go on and start their own business without paying you more money. It's enough money and houses distressed and otherwise out there for anyone to build wealth and then some." I would like to join the training but not for the price and yes it would be more motivating if i could talk to someone who is actually going through the training or has finished it.

@Dean Carter and @George Edwards

interesting, you both are learning from  two different coaches.  I have looked at them both.  I think the Astroflipping is a bit different from your regular wholesaling because they teach you how to work with other wholesalers to make the deals which mean you can do more than the norm.. you work with the other wholesalers instead of making them your competition. I think its an awesome concept. I just did not go through with it because 1 I thought it was too costly and it sounds like there is another class after the first one.  Why can't the course give you all you need with one cost?  Please let us know how it goes.

@Drew L., I am a Buy and Hold myself because i want to build generational wealth however, I recently decided to wholesale so I can build more cash to help with the purchasing of more rental properties and also to cut out the middle man on the deals i want to keep for myself and add to my portfolio using the Brrr strategy as well.   Wholesaling can be very profitable. There is so many people out there selling these courses and never following through as promised or giving you just enough of information to sell you their advance course which will get you what they didn't give you in the original course.  Why not teach folks all they need in the first one for one price so they can go on and start their own business without paying you more money.  Its enough money and houses distressed and otherwise out there for anyone to build wealth without gauging folks on courses.  Thats my .02 on the matter.  Good luck to you in all your endeavors.

@Drew L. , o.k. the confusion for most was that you said you were a member and then you said you were not a part of the company.. I guess what you meant was you were as a student.  I understand now.  Did you go on to run your own astroflipping business?  What business are you currently doing?

@Drew L. thanks for the insight.  Why did you say you were a member of Astroflipping at the beginning of your first post about it?

@Patrick Jackson

Thanks Patrick.. I have heard that Podio is not easy to use but sounds like you have a lot of experience with it. Can you help me set it up and will I be able to use it with the tools mentioned?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may provide.

@Keith Peiker, Hi Keith, wow you are going all in. I guess that is the best way if you got the funds for it. Can you tell me what you are using for your CRM? it sounds like REI RAIL is being used as a CRM since you said it keeps track of the calls. Does it remind you of follow ups? If you are not using it as a CRM, what are you using for CRM?

Thanks for all of your information on this.

Tracy
