@Ned Carey, are you an active investor on Baltimore?  I am also looking for good area to invest.  I am ok with the mediocre cash flow.. just as long as I feel o.k. to visit the property.  Do you know where the city or county is looking to revitalize?

Hello, I know this post is 10 years old but do anyone know who I could talk to that works with land owners in getting the entitlements so that a builder would want to by the land?  I have 10 acres for sale but need to get the entitlements for a builder. Any information you may provided will be appreaciated.

Hi Chris or anyone who can answer this question.  I am speaking with someone at Fund and Grow now and I was advised to use sole prop. entity which is no problem but was also told it was best to use my name as the business.  Has anyone else used your name for the business name?  Also did you start a biz banking account to transfer the cash to from the credit cards, any issue with it being a sole prop. biz?

Chris Pomerleau  and For the folks who have used this program and was able to get the business credit cards; were you concerned about all of the personal information asked so they can negotiate on your behalf.  Seems kind of scary for someone to have all of the exact info used when a bank is trying to rule out fraud.  I am kind of concerned about how some dis honest person who has access to the information could possible use  it later or if their database is hacked.  We are talking about personal information that is not usually found all in one place.  I done a similar program for personal credit cards and the credit card companies called me and I provided the personal information.  Just curious to know your thoughts!  Thanks in advance,
