Hello,

How much is a fair amount to give someone that you want to partner with for their experience?  You put up the money and they manage the project and use their experience to make sure the deal works out.

Thanks for the response. @Dan and Russ. I am looking for that list that the bank release before it hits the MLS. I know someone who gets a list now from someone and when he tell me about the property, it is not listed in MLS, realtor.com or Zillow. He gets the list and add about 10k to them for sale. The list that you are talk about; the property is marked up at least 30 to 40k. But thanks for the information.

Hello,

I am looking for a agent or someone who can get a bank real estate list they are trying to get rid of.  I know an investor who gets such a list from an agent and the list of homes are sometimes only 20 to 40k to purchase.  However I cannot find such a list or how to obtain one.  I live in the Maryland area.  If anyone can point me to someone who has this connection, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Tyler,

Congrats on your accomplishment.  I have been considering investing with Morris Invest as well and have followed your updates but there was a cap in my reading from Dec. 2016 until 3 days ago.  I wanted to know based on your experience and rate of return on money, can you say it was a good investment and have you invested in any more properties with Morris Investment or will you?  others are saying based on your expenses and rent that it was not a good investment, what do you think?

Thanks,

Tracy

Has Anyone used or heard of "Morris Invest" ? Morris Invest find homes located in 3 different states and send you pics and if you want the house; The normal cost of the home is 40-50k. After purchase, They rehab the house for you and put a tenant in the house and turn it over to a PM company. The house should have some equity and good ROI. Sounds like a great deal but wanted to know if anyone has any experience in buying from Morris Invest?
