I know in my area depending on the town you can run into alot of ledge that drives the cost of septic and foundation up. I assume that all of properties next to it have town water since its available so you shouldn't have to worry about distance of your septics from wells.

I tried to make my first offer the other day on a reo that has been listed for 60days only to hear back that the foreclosure deed still has not been recorded. Has anyone seen this before?

she could spend the money and then not have enough for rent. If she has it some people will pay a full years rent upfront.

It would depend on the local area and your target range. I personally have a polo I had made with the real estate company name that I wear with khaki pants or a good pair of jeans depending on the meeting.

What do the comps show the property is worth. Tax assement does not show actual value. How much does the propert need to be worth retail?
