@Todd Kruger

agreeing with Joshua Young I use Podio as well. Have been using it for 7 years now. It’s definitely scalable. However I will be transparent and let you know that the free version has many limitations. You would need at least the premium paid version to enable globiflow for workflows that support the automation of your CRM. Hope this helps.

@Hamed Amirchoupani in all honesty that would be you sir. If you are a wholesaler you have to run your business like a business. All the elements you speak of are a conglomeration of processes that you will need to manage in your enterprise. People will try and convince you that they have the greatest solution on the planet but you have to create the greatest solution through processes and resources. If you like more info reach out to me and I’d be more than happy to guide you in a direction that will help.

@Robert L. Hi Robert. Can you explain a bit how Podio failed in automation. Ive been using and programming it for about 6 years now. Before Citrix picked it up it had many challenges but I’ve learned to dig in to Globiflow and build out some good automation workflows. I now even use it for rehab project management. I’d like to know your challenges as I’m always looking to improve.

@Martin Bastida I use Podio simply because it’s highly scalable as my business has grown. The premium version is $24 a month and has many options to allow integration from other apps. My total monthly is less than $120. Let me know if you would like more info on how I did it.

In real estate, many people use a CRM to manage seller leads. Depending on the size of your business, you may or may not think you need a software program to manage this aspect of your business. However, I can tell you from experience that even the smallest real estate company can benefit from using a CRM.

Hello Andrea,

I use a CRM built on the Citrix platform and its customizable to do lots of task management.  Especially with a team of assistants.  You can use it to cascade tasks....ie one closes and automatically assigns the next.  You have to just make sure you consider your dependancies.  It does take some programming though.  Lost of folks that dont understand this product will say its complicated, not user friendly, doesn't have the functionality and lots of other things that I see alot of.  The workflows are incredible.  Just my opinion......good luck to you.

@Luke McCann I would like to offer my advice. I’ve learned over the many years that there is no one system that is a handle all. Thus, building a “federated” system consists of processes, workflows, relational data exchanging and most importantly the ability to scale when needed.

I started my venture in 2006 building manual processes along with my realtor to accommodate the opportunities that were found and converting them to deals.

I have now integrated a combination of Podio for task management, Callrail for my marketing funnels to leads, mojodialer (for the VA), click send for followup campaigns and rightsignature for digital sign offs for offers sent by email.

This works for me. Everyone has their own “rig” that works for them so you will get lots of variances. I wish you the best in your efforts and hopefully this helped.

@Isaac El you can always build a field for additional contacts. You will have to tie the contact information into the workflows that need to reference each or all depending.

@Randy Dargan. It’s a CRM/task management system that allows you to scale as your business grows. Also, you can add more workspaces such as if you start wholesaling and you want to move to fix and flips, you can add a module to link the two. I’ve been using it for 7 years now so it’s pretty robust. Good thing is you can start of small and basic.
