@Ron Crain tons of recommendations on tools. If I might offer a slight bit of advice from my experience. It’s less the tool and more the process for growth. Solidify your growth plan for your business and make sure the tool you choose can accommodate scalability as needed. Lots of “canned” solutions won’t. Obtain leverage up front by having a tool that’s easy to implement and can meet your needs 4-5 years down the road as well. Best of luck to you.

@Trevon Peracca I have been programming, designing and using Podio for almost 7 years now. I have a wholesaling module specifically for lead to deal workflows and also a project management module for fix and flips. I’ve been in the project management arena for over 40 years and started my career by building and integrating an inventory control system for the clinical pathology department at NIH. I did this when I was 17. Since I’ve worked for NASA, NCIS, Dell and many other companies. I find Podio to be very robust and scalable. A lot of other canned solutions don’t allow customization as needed. Podio with the right programmer at your helm does exactly what it’s designed to do. CRM, task and project management and organization and control of your enterprise from startup and beyond.

@Franky Davis I have a great system that manages my wholesaling, buy and hold, fix and flip and project management all built on Podio. Sounds like what you need.

@Curt Smith I build a system on top of Podio. Similar to a lot of other systems on the same platform. You will own it and can customize as your business grows.

@Andrew R Tillett I could recommend hundreds of tools. All do something special. I am a Podio programmer and built my system from the start. Using the progression of an investment deal the core system helps me follow along that path from lead to deal. Also make sure you work with someone that will help you get started not just sell you a tool.

Good luck!!

Understood Bryce.  We have a workaround for that reason. I work with many clients outside of real estate that uses the tool for many other industries including some pretty large corporations. I work with a team of original Podio designers that have heavy knowledge into the limitations beyond the base structure. Let me know if you’d like to talk offline sometime.

Respectfully

Patrick.

Bryce you spent a lot of words to trash a tool that has been proven to be a great solution to many. So be it. The tool doesn’t make success. The value of scalability does. As well as the ability to allow the client to call the shots as their system grows. Not a tech forum here so I’ll pass on the nuts and bolts chatter.  Wish you major success with your design. I’ll stay in my lane with Podio. Citrix has treated me well over the years.
