@Tracy D. Garrett-Numa if you are hunting for an effective CRM I have been using, designing and developing a Podio system for many years now. It’s robust in managing your lead funnels, great in distributing the tasks to your team members and fluent in design for following the progression of the wholesaling, fix and flip and buy and hold workflows. Please let me know if you have more questions. Good luck to you.

@Edward Basham never used freedomsoft so sorry I can’t offer input there. My Podio setup has everything needed to complete my workflow. If freedomsoft doesn’t workout for you please feel free to reach out to me. My contact info is in my profile.

@Edward Basham I've been using Podio for quite a while. Good thing is mine pulls leads from CL and tasks them out to my VA for followup immediately. Then follows the progressive workflow from offer to close. Love it...

@Edward Reed. I use Podio. I’ve been programming it for 6 years now. Very robust and scalable. BTW I grew up in Silver Spring. Went to Blair and Mont College...In Orlando now.

@Jonathan Greene I’ve found some good leads and also found several cash buyers on Craigslist. As far as my time I have my search set on auto drive. As soon as a post happens that fits my criteria I get a notification for followup. Works great and weeds out the trash.

@Jourdan Johnson I’ve created a search and scrape from Craigslist that can be tuned to the criteria you want to trigger. I use an RSS feed connection to pull the leads into Podio for followup. Works like a charm. Been using it for years.

@Claire Rosenberg I use a Craigslist search and have the feed connected directly into Podio. When a new lead hits my search criteria (I have many), it alerts me via phone notification. That way I’m one of the first ones to call because as soon as they post, I get alerted. I use filters such as handyman special, for sale by owner, fixer upper, etc.

@Kenneth Walsh I’ve created my own via Podio. It’s the most robust and customizable CRM on the market and can include parsing by areas/location. If you have someone that knows what they are doing then the sky’s the limit. But it takes programming skills. Very user friendly if done right.
