Property Management CRMs

Hello, I work for a company that buys, builds/remodels and then rents out and manages commercial and residential space. We are looking for a CRM that can organize and streamline our day to day tasks as well as do things like send out a monthly newsletter of our vacant spaces and keep track of leads. Please let me know what CRM you use and if it can do these jobs. Thank you so much!
