@Joe Timko automation is good for initial followup, task management and trivial workflow duties that can be time consuming. But a bit of advice if I may, nothing replaces the personal attention that’s needed to gain the confidence of someone to sign your offer letter. Everybody that is looking to sell is for a reason. Automation will allow your to focus on that reason.

@Joe Timko I’ve used Podio for 8 years now. It’s scaled up to now include all facets of my investment business. Many marketing funnels going in and task management for my team members. Very robust. Hope this helps.

@Sarah Anderson I’ve talked to tons of people over the years that have started like yourself and grown to a team member operation that works on a single platform. The principles are important to start. Lots of good material out here to read. I spent lots of hours self teaching by soaking in the basics. Then start small. Understand all aspects but see which way you are being led to a niche. Wholesaling is a good start but expand to fix and flip and buy and hold. Once you arrive at a good spectrum you will be able to mix and match. Good luck to you!!

@Dwayne Lattimore yes! Mojo is set up with tags for hot and warm leads that then pass to Podio for lead management, followup campaigns and offer to closing workflows. Works great with a team that can collaborate on a single platform. I’ve been using it for many years now.

@Daylan West it depends on how you have Podio programmed. It can be super powerful and scalable if it’s done correctly. There is tons of integration that’s available.

@Joe R. Podio integrates with SmrtPhone to handle lead management workflows, followup campaigns, click to dial and email and texting platforms. I’ve been using it for about 8 years now and it’s scalable to grow as you do.

@Jason Ma especially if you intend to grow a business with multiple team members. If everyone is working in a space where leads are managed via workflows it makes for a great tool that scales as you grow.
