Had the same issue at 20 , 50 and 100.

I stop asking permission.

Now I buy everything “married sole and separate property” and quit claim her off title.

That way when I want to sell,she does not have to do any paperwork

I created a serial LLC in Nevada as the parent company. This is a disregard entity which flows back to you via a K1

Then we create a 2nd LLC in the state of the property. This has a parent child relationship.

Don’t drop out. Switch you major to real estate and work in a real estate office to get experience

You can’t go backwards and slow down again to get a formal education. Once you start making money you can’t go back to school

Btw I’m in the 1% club because I built a foundation on college
