1st MHP 51lot Business formation/which state?

Hi all,

My business partner and I are buying our 1st midsize 51lot mhp in mississippi. We both live in Georgia. Next year I will move to Florida. I will have quite a bit larger ownership stake. Any advice on which state to start the partnership llc, Miss Florida (no state income taxes). Anyone that could help me navigate this and the formation structure? I do have a good tax guy, but he will talk my ear off for hours and is not well versed in real estate.
