I was asked by someone in one of my Zooms about a Real Estate Guru named A Donovan Baker and Academy Acquisitions? He doesn't have much info on his Facebook profile. None actually other than his cover logo on a loop. Apparently you pay $3,000.00 and then have to get your own LLC with him as your partner, do his Zooms and he's promising the world. Claims to have a $3,000,000.00 fund and access to a hedge fund. My contact said he has about 20 people regularly in his Zoom and you only get access after paying. There is no paperwork, agreement etc.
