Kansas City, MO Lenders / Property Managers Recommendations
Hi All,
Relatively new to the forums here (but not to the podcasts / books!) and love the support from the community.
New to investing in BRRR's the Kansa City, MO space with my business partner and would love some recommendations on local lenders (ability to lend to LLCs and grow with our portfolio)/ property managers / investor friendly agents. I've been mostly investing in SoCal previously but it has since gotten way too expensive.
Looking to try to scale relatively quickly and would love to partner and grow with someone local who knows the space well.
Best,
Lawrence

@Lawrence H. I'm not sure you're going to find a conventional lender that can lend in an LLC. If you do, I'd love to know who they are.
